Senior Account Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our team in Seoul. In this role, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies for our high-profile client. You’ll be working with a large Korean HQ business, supporting their global commuications strategies and partnering with stakeholders and colleagues across the Weber Shanwick network. Fluency in Korean and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creatin of press materials, including press releases and media kits.
  • Support day-to-day communications with clients and help manage client expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and track industry trends.
  • Help coordinate events and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute integrated communication campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Ideally at least 2 years of experience in public relations or communications (internships included).
  • Previous experience in an agency would be advantageous
  • Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
